Helping GB Precision receive more of the work you actually want to quote.
Birmingham CNC Machining is being built to connect engineering enquiries with manufacturers whose capabilities genuinely suit the work. This private preview shows how relevant projects could be assessed and introduced to GB Precision—without sending every RFQ to every supplier.
This preview takes approximately two minutes.
What we noticed about GB Precision
Our initial research highlighted several capabilities and market strengths that appear relevant to the type of engineering enquiries GB Precision could receive through Birmingham CNC Machining.
Experience across aerospace, defence and motorsport
Wire EDM and die-sink EDM capability
Precision grinding capability
Positioning around technically demanding precision work
This is based on publicly available information. We would welcome the opportunity to correct or refine anything we have misunderstood.
Why GB Precision stood out
Relevant precision engineering experience
Your publicly presented experience suggests a strong fit for technically demanding engineering enquiries.
Alignment with specialist industries
Your positioning across aerospace, defence and motorsport aligns with sectors where precision and supplier suitability matter.
Specialist process capability
Wire EDM, die-sink EDM and precision grinding broaden the types of projects that may be suitable.
Potential fit for curated RFQs
Your capability profile appears well suited to a model focused on relevance rather than sending every enquiry to every supplier.
Partner Compatibility Score
This preliminary compatibility score reflects publicly available information only. It is intended as a conversation starter rather than a validated technical assessment. Learning more about your preferred projects, batch sizes, capacity and target industries would allow us to improve future matching.

Project Suitability Review
This example has been created solely to demonstrate the intended matching experience and is not a live customer enquiry.
Project types we would aim to identify
The goal would be to recognise enquiries that appear technically and commercially relevant before introducing them.
Precision components requiring CNC machining and wire EDM
Potentially strong fitTechnically demanding aerospace, defence or motorsport components
Potentially strong fitGeneral low-precision fabrication or unrelated trade work
Likely unsuitableThese categories are illustrative and would be refined based on a direct conversation with GB Precision.
Why this illustrative project appears relevant
The stated precision requirements align with GB Precision’s publicly presented positioning.
Wire EDM capability appears relevant to the component’s technically demanding features.
Aerospace experience suggests familiarity with demanding customer expectations.
Repeat-production potential could make the enquiry commercially worth assessing.
How the partnership works
No obligation to quote
No long-term commitment during the validation phase
Unsuitable enquiries should be filtered out
Partner feedback improves future matching
The aim is not to maximise enquiry volume. It is to improve the relevance of the opportunities reaching each partner.
Why I'm building Birmingham CNC Machining

Hi,
I’m Kyle, and I’m building Birmingham CNC Machining to create a better route between companies looking for precision engineering support and manufacturers capable of delivering the work.
The goal is not to send every enquiry to every supplier. It is to understand what each engineering company genuinely wants to quote for, assess whether a project appears relevant, and then make a useful introduction.
From the research completed so far, GB Precision appears to be a business worth speaking with.
I’d value a short conversation to understand your preferred project types, ideal quantities, target industries and the work you would rather not receive.

Would it be worth having a short conversation?
We are currently speaking with a small number of Birmingham and West Midlands engineering companies while the partner model is being validated. The purpose of an initial conversation would simply be to understand the type of work GB Precision would—and would not—want to receive.
